Duties: - Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual. - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences. - Engage in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being. - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for the individual. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans. - Provide support during end-of-life care or hospice care, if applicable.
