Community Sales Manager (CSMT)

Job Description Summary We’re seeking Community Sales Managers (CSMs) to join our dynamic sales force. Whether you’re a seasoned home sales professional or new to the industry, we provide the tools and training you need to excel. All Community Sales Managers begin as Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT). Our formalized training ensures mastery of the Taylor Morrison way—regardless of experience level. The program duration is tailored to your background, ranging from 2 weeks to a full year. We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to grow with us and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the home buying process. Responsibilities Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about: Our homes and communities How to use finance as a sales tool Sales purchase agreement Using the CRM as a prospecting tool Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices and gain practical insights into the sales process. Complete assigned reading materials, online courses, and other training activities to enhance sales skills. Learn about product and features: Understand how our offerings fulfill customer needs and solve pain points; demonstrate proficiency in articulating product/service value propositions. Learn/mast Sales Techniques: prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, closing deals; practice effective communication and active listening; develop negotiation skills. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships; follow up with prospects; address inquiries; resolve issues; utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage accounts. Performance Evaluation: Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with mentors or supervisors; set goals for personal development and track progress. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state). Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer). High level of organizational and documentation skills. Customer service oriented; customer is the number one priority. Flexible and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Employment Details FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt. This position is considered non‑exempt, requiring time records and eligibility for overtime pay. Salary Range: $25 per hour. Cell allowance: $1,000 annually. Essential functions include reporting to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily, adhering to schedule, accessing and retrieving information from a computer or electronic device, face‑to‑face conversations with customers, co‑workers and higher‑level managers, sitting or standing for long periods, moving around the work environment as needed, and operating a motor vehicle if applicable.
