Requirements High school diploma or GED. 2+ years in route sales, facilities management, janitorial service, landscaping, environmental services, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality roles. Strong communicator, both written and verbal, able to explain complex concepts and risks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology. Ability to pass background and motor‑vehicle record checks. Compliance with DOT physical standards, including a 5‑panel drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Previous pest control experience. Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, and crawling to access treatment areas. Prolonged standing and walking while inspecting. Capability to work in tight or confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions. Must operate a vehicle safely for extended periods. Wearing protective gear, including gloves, goggles, and respirators. Follow safety protocols to minimize health risks. Pre‑Hire Screening Requirements 5+ years of satisfactory motor‑vehicle record. Federal, state, and county criminal background check. DOT physical with 5‑panel drug screen. All offers of employment are contingent upon a satisfactory motor‑vehicle record report that is checked annually.
