Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

WHSI is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care and make a real difference in the communities we serve. If you thrive on autonomy, collaborative care, and patient-centered practice, we want to hear from you.Provide direct patient care according to established written protocolsDiagnose health issues and perform comprehensive physical examinationsOrder, administer, and analyze diagnostic testsAssess severity of illness and establish appropriate timeframes for patient evaluationDevelop individualized plans of care based on each patient's identified needsCollaborate with the care team to consult on proposed treatment guidelinesMonitor changes in patient health and adjust treatment plans accordinglyImplement care plans in a systematic, timely mannerMaintain accurate, timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) systemMaster’s degree from an accredited nursing program.Board certified by either ANCC or AANP.APN authorization to practice in family health by the Alabama Board of Nursing.Prescriptive authorization.Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
