Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand at time of application
• Minimum 18 months of permanent Cath Lab experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active at time of submission)
• Managerial reference from specialty area required (from assignments within past 12 months)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of background screening and drug testing
• Clear license with no disciplinary actions
