Food Safety & Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our facility's food safety, and hygiene programs. This role ensures compliance with company, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in food integrity, quality, and overall practices. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards in food safety.About DO & CO:We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with Do & Co, industry, and regulatory food safety and product integrity standards.Lead and manage facility audits, inspections, and consultations to ensure operational compliance.Ensure all food safety documentation, logs, and regulatory paperwork are accurate and current.Monitor integrated food safety and quality programs across all products manufactured, distributed, or sold.Conduct supplier assessments and audits to maintain quality and food safety standards.Collaborate with department managers to implement new products and practices effectively.Investigate customer and internal complaints, ensuring corrective actions are documented and resolved.Oversee sanitation standards, including pest control, chemical usage, and readiness for regulatory inspections.Lead hygiene training programs, including new hire orientation, retraining, and ongoing staff development.Qualifications:Minimum 3 to 5 years of Hygiene, Quality Assurance experience preferably in a food manufacturing siteDeep knowledge in HACCP, ISO, SQF and food safety systemsFood Safety Certification, state specific if applicableHACCP CertifiedPCQI – (Preventative Control Qualified Individual)Proactive and self-organizedAbility to manage through a substantial workloadCapable to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skillsFlexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)What We Offer:Competitive Pay: 110,000-135,000 yearlyDaily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).FT employees are eligible for 401K and medical benefits: medical, dental, and vision.An organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality.Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally.The chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry by attending world-class events.Diversity & Inclusion statementDO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
