Marketing Coordinator

Blue Mountain Resort 1660 Blue Mountain Dr Palmerton, PA 18071, USA About the Role We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support on‑site marketing initiatives and bring fresh ideas to life. In this property‑based role, you will plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns for Blue Mountain Resort. Responsibilities Assist in developing copy and maintaining brand voice across social platforms. Assist in developing seasonal strategy for social media channels. Assist in creating social media videos including Reels, TikToks, and Instagram Stories. Work with department managers to highlight lines of business throughout the property. Help maintain content library. Consistently monitor marketing industry trends and related ski resort businesses, researching and evaluating opportunities. Oversee snow report and conditions updates. Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events, product launches, product demonstrations, and trade shows. Project management experience and time‑management skills for juggling numerous time‑sensitive projects simultaneously; familiarity with project management software is an asset. Working knowledge of basic computer applications; experience in web page development or graphic design is helpful. Experience creating video content (TikToks, Reels, etc.). Basic understanding of capturing engaging images for social media. Proficient in WordPress, Excel, MS Word, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop skills preferred. Ski or snowboard experience preferred. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to ensure the safety and well‑being of guests. Ability to work on property in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
