Behavior Therapist / Autism Support Specialist

With a high school diploma or equivalent, you'll receive supported Registered Behavior Technician training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed.
Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is hiring full-time Behavior Therapists / Autism Support Specialists who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fun and collaborative environment. Every day is different, and every moment matters.

Your Role:
- Support children in reaching developmental goals through play-based learning
- Implement behavior plans with creativity and empathy
- Maintain accurate session notes and communicate progress
- Participate in team meetings and celebrate client achievements
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
- Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in floor-based play
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
