Job Opportunity: Urologist Positions Available

Our organization, a successful and independent urology practice located in coastal Los Angeles, has been dedicated to serving the community for over 50 years. With a team of three seasoned urologists, we are eager to welcome two additional urologists to accommodate the increasing demands of our practice, especially as one of our current urologists prepares for retirement. We prioritize exceptional patient care, foster a collaborative team environment, and support physician autonomy, with options to explore subspecialty interests if desired.

Practice Highlights:

• Robotics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Operates on a collections minus expenses model, promoting an independent and entrepreneurial framework.
• Full transparency: partners have access to financial reports and are involved in all practice discussions from the outset.
• Main clinic complemented by additional offices in the surrounding area.
• Over 80 health plan contracts, with a patient backlog of approximately 6 months; achieving around 30 patients per day is feasible within 6 months.
• Call responsibilities are collectively determined by the group, including which hospitals to partner with. Weekend calls are limited to your own patients, with mutual coverage when one is unavailable.
• Call income is directly paid to the physician, not distributed through the practice.
• Compensation potential allows for nearly $1 million in annual take-home by the third year.
• Opportunities to invest in ancillary revenue sources, such as lithotripsy and an ambulatory surgical center (ASC).

Lifestyle & Workload:

• Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Evenings and weekends are generally protected, except during on-call periods.
• Phone calls are infrequent after 6 PM, with weekend calls limited to your patients.
• A collaborative culture ensures equal input among partners and fosters strong collegial relationships.
