Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner

- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and safety standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the lounge

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender or bar server preferred

- Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Must be at least 18 years old and possess any necessary permits or certifications
