• Monday - Friday schedule -- no weekends, no holidays
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Average of 5 - 6 patients per day
• Home health setting -- adult caseload
• Visits across 4 - 8 different facilities
• Home health and OASIS experience required
• EMR: HCHB (preferred)
