Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students across Washington and Greene Counties as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This onsite position will allow you to make a meaningful impact within school communities while collaborating alongside dedicated educators and staff.

Your expertise will support elementary students in several locations, including Bethlehem-Center Elementary (half day weekly), Fort Cherry Elementary (two days weekly), and Waynesburg (two days weekly), with training provided before the school year starts. A dedication to being onsite and comfortable with regional travel is essential for this role.

Ideal candidates bring experience working within school settings, are credentialed SLPs (CCC preferred), and possess a current PA SLP Educator Certificate.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Current PA SLP Educator Certificate (required)
• Previous experience in K-12 or elementary school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to travel reliably to all designated locations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments and evaluations per IEP and state requirements
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance guidelines
• Attend required training on August 13th, 14th, and 17th (8 AM – 3:30 PM) and follow the regular school schedule (7:30 AM – 3 PM) starting August 20th
