Customer Success Lead - Build a New Vertical
Springworks
Springworks is launching a new Customer Success vertical in the United States. We seek a proactive, customer-focused specialist to own onboarding, retention, and expansion strategies, working with Sales to convert opportunities and shape scalable CS processes. You’ll build the first CS operating model, define customer journeys, health scoring, and renewal processes while partnering with Product, Operations, and Support to deliver measurable value to our customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Springworks
