Required Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Delaware School Psychologist license (must be presented with application)
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Prior experience in educational settings preferred
• Strong ability to assess, counsel, and advocate for students

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services to a split caseload at both an elementary and middle school
• Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ well-being and learning
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Travel conveniently between two closely situated schools
