You'll help create high-quality steel and aluminum components used in products like storage systems and climbing equipment. What You'll Do Operate MIG welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts Set up machines, adjust settings, and replace wire spools and tips Read blueprints and follow work instructions Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Load/unload parts on production lines Grind and clean welds as needed Track daily production and report material shortages Report equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Basic MIG welding experience (entry-level candidates encouraged!)
