8. Participate in Quality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement activities, including peer chart reviews, productivity initiatives, and evaluation of treatment outcomes to support excellence in patient care.
9. Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, laboratory personnel, operational leaders, and administrative staff to support clinical operations, patient access, and overall program success.
10. Serve as a supportive team member and clinical leader by mentoring staff, supervising students, residents, or dental support personnel as assigned, and contributing to professional development and educational programs.
11. Support dental clinic operations through participation in meetings, program planning, inventory and supply management, administrative responsibilities, credentialing activities, and other duties assigned by the Dental Director.
12. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, treatment methodologies, and evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
13. Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, teamwork, and leadership while contributing to an exceptional patient and staff experience.
Skills and Requirements:

3. Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze patient information and develop appropriate treatment plans.
4. Proficiency in preventive dentistry, risk-based care, patient education, and communication techniques that promote oral health and patient engagement.
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, community partners, and other healthcare professionals.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care environment, including coordination with dental specialists, medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure integrated patient care.
7. Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced clinical setting.
8. Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and continuous professional development; experience with quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
9. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, including the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and organizational information.
10. Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members, students, and clinical staff as assigned.
