Physical Therapist Location: ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeshore - Cleveland, WI About the Opportunity - Why join our team? This role is full time and will work 40 hours per week (days). - Assess mobility strength and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a rehabilitation hospital setting
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Current Physical Therapist License (or eligible)
- BLS/CPR Certification required
- New grads encouraged to apply!
- A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
- Both gross and precise motor functions.
- Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
- Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
- Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
- Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
