Production Technician

We're looking for detail-oriented Production Technicians with assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience who want to grow their skills in a clean, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate antenna components to specifications
• Perform drilling, lasing, etching, and soldering tasks
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
• Operate production and fabrication machinery
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Record production information and report defects when needed
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Soldering experience in a production environment
• Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to train on a split shift schedule (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace, defense, military, or electronics manufacturing experience
• Experience with antenna assembly
• Fine soldering and small-component assembly experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• 1st shift and 2nd shift
• Training schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM until fully trained

This is a Permanent position based out of Bedford, NH.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
