Nursing Internship

Responsibilities Provides comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, ensuring quality and safety. Develops and updates individualized care plans based on thorough assessments and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Implements and prioritizes patient care, monitors responses to interventions, and adjusts goals accordingly. Educates patients and families, evaluates teaching effectiveness, and acts as a role model and preceptor for staff and students. Communicates effectively, maintains confidentiality, reports patient conditions accurately, and promotes a safe care environment. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. RN licensure in the state or compact. BLS certification. 6 months to 1 year of RN or GN permit experience.
