We are hiring  2nd and 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians! This is a direct hire opportunity!

The Maintenance Technician will:

• Perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as needed.

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Repair and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance
• Conduct root cause and failure analysis to prevent recurring equipment issues
• Design and build fixtures to support production and rework activities
• Maintain spare parts inventory for equipment and fixtures
• Complete maintenance records, repair documentation, and inspection reports
• Communicate machine issues requiring future repairs to management
• Provide technical support to operators and other maintenance team members
• Work closely with production teams to support manufacturing goals
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives

Maintenance Technician's Pay/Benefits:

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday / 2 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 10 PM-6:30 AM

Requirements:

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
• Familiarity with 480v three-phase electricity
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Injection molding maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
