In this role, you’ll oversee all functions on the plant floor, including fabrication, finishing, assembly, quality, maintenance, and programming. You’ll be expected to provide strategic input to corporate leadership, guide your team through change, and ensure seamless execution as the facility evolves. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while managing performance, budget planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, engages closely with their team, and drives measurable improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
