Position Summary Directs workflow of activities for managing local client relationships. Manages and develops the client relationship as the liaison between clients and the enterprise. Provides ongoing client support and identifies opportunities to retain and expand existing business as the key point of contact for driving customer satisfaction.

What you will do

• Assesses client needs by partnering with leadership to present a comprehensive value proposition for new products and services to grow the customer base and increase ongoing customer loyalty.
• Assists with contract status reports and renewals within the assigned book of business to ensure swift resolution and completion.
• Manages client meetings, summarizes meeting notes, and disseminates follow-up action items to upper management.
• Builds relationships with clients through regular meetings to identify needs and opportunities that will further trust and brand recognition.
• Conducts quarterly executive reviews to review business deliverables and to evaluate new opportunities.
• Identifies at-risk accounts and consults with internal partners to assist with the development of action plans to address customer risks and opportunities.
• Reviews contracts on a customer-by-customer basis and conducts specific follow-up measures to ensure contract compliance and timeliness.

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience.
• The ability to travel overnight at least 50% of the time.
• Salesforce experience.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
