You will be the primary point of contact from the initial sales consultation and ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, and to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience in custom cabinets with a proven track record of managing construction timelines. Key Responsibilities Consultative Sales & Estimating: Responsible for bringing in new clients and sales accounts. Meet with homeowners, and designers to define project scope & provide material expertise. Technical Project Oversight: Manage site measurements and coordinate with estimators & drafters to ensure designs are translated into quality production. Client & Internal Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing client concerns and reporting progress to senior management to ensure 100% satisfaction. Industry Expertise: 35+ years of custom cabinetry experience. NO CABINET EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY! Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods and materials. Leadership & Soft Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong experience managing construction timelines. Experience in custom cabinetry and knowledge of builders. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to own relationships, drive revenue, and deliver excellence.
