• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM 7:00 AM), weekends required, call duty included

• Experience: 5+ years CST experience, 2+ years in cardiac & vascular, 1+ year CVOR experience, trauma experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Scrub on complex cardiac and vascular surgeries, including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, and valve replacements
• Prepare and reprocess cardiovascular and thoracic instruments ensuring aseptic technique
• Assist in the operating room with equipment setup, documentation, and monitoring
• Ensure patient safety through adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams during trauma and specialized procedures in a Level I Trauma setting
• Support patient care activities and respond to intraoperative needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC charting system

What You Need

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 5 years of CST experience
• 2+ years in cardiac and vascular surgeries
• 1+ year CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma hospital

• Experience with thoracic, vascular, and cardiovascular procedures
• Skilled in aseptic techniques, equipment documentation, and operating room safety
