Entry Level Technician

We are seeking ALL skill levels in our Indiana location. We have Honda, Chevrolet, Subaru and Hyundai.
PRIMARY FUNCTION : The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:
- Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided
- Keep up to date with all technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations
- Address all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales
- Participate in any Factory, or in-house sponsored training programs offered to you
- Complete all paperwork completely and correctly, then ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Technical or Trade school degree preferred
- ASE certification is preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes.
- Must maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Valid State Inspection preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to complete or inspect repairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
