Puesto: Operador/a de Máquina de Bordado Industrial

Ubicación: SUNRISE, FL
Tipo de empleo: Tiempo completo
Disponibilidad: Inmediata

️ Responsabilidades principales:

  • Operar y supervisar máquinas de bordado industrial (Tajima, Barudan, Brother u otras).
  • Preparar archivos de bordado (DST, EMB, etc.) y cargar diseños en la máquina.
  • Realizar ajustes de tensión, cambio de hilos y configuración de la máquina según el tipo de tela.
  • Control de calidad en cada producción para asegurar acabados impecables.
  • Mantenimiento básico y limpieza diaria de la máquina.
  • Trabajar en equipo con el área de producción y diseño.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa manejando máquinas de bordado industrial.
  • Conocimientos básicos de digitización o uso de software de bordado (deseable).
  • Capacidad para trabajar con precisión y atención al detalle.
  • Responsabilidad, puntualidad y habilidad para cumplir con los tiempos de producción.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles si es necesario.

  • Conocimiento de diferentes tipos de telas y estabilizadores (interfacing/backing).

Position: Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator

Location: Sunrise, FL
Employment Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate

️ Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and supervise industrial embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similar).
  • Prepare embroidery files (DST, EMB, etc.) and upload designs to the machine.
  • Adjust thread tension, change thread colors, and configure the machine according to fabric type.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure clean and accurate stitching.
  • Perform basic maintenance and daily cleaning of the machine.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines.
  • Basic knowledge of embroidery software or digitizing (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to meet production timelines.
  • Availability for flexible hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the textile or uniform industry.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Knowledge of different types of fabrics and stabilizers (backing/interfacing).
