Facilities Superintendent

Responsibilities You will oversee full operations of the location/district to meet business and customer requirements Ensure achievement of performance, quality, productivity, cost, and safety objectives Manage day-to-day operations including employee scheduling, product management, maintenance, and productivity Further, you will promote and enforce safety standards and compliance programs Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and leadership direction Execute work based on defined objectives and ensures alignment with business goals Lead, mentor, and supports employee development And you will anticipate operational issues and develop contingency plans Regularly interact with team members and middle management Qualifications You have a High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency Proven experience managing and leading teams You have 5+ years of experience leading operations in a similar industry Willingness to travel 30–50% What we offer you!
