Operations ManagerAs Operations Manager at our Dallas UAC, you'll run the day-to-day of a high-volume reverse logistics operation — receiving, sorting, dispositioning, and moving returned product back into the supply chain. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll direct a team of 20–50 supervisors and frontline associates, own disposition accuracy and throughput, and serve as the primary point of contact for the customers we recover value for. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels.
