The Position

• Location: Blue Rapids, KS (66411)
• Hours: Friday-Monday 8a-6p OR 9a-7p OR 10a-8p.
• Client Specifics: 33 year old with trach and g-tube.
• $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights plus Shift Differentials $2 Nights, $2 Weekends

Training & Support

Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube careso no experience is required to get started. We'll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you'll never feel alone. Salary Range

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is from $27.00 to $35.00/hour, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
