Warehouse Support Technician

Warehouse Support Requirements

To be proficient an employee must:

Know all safety programs, procedures and expectations: PPE, MSDS, GMP, guarding, powered equipment, safety auditing, location of safety equipment, etc.

Display basic computer skills: Windows, E-mail, SAP, time entry, etc.

Know process, procedure and basic equipment operation for: Packaging equipment, warehousing, shipping etc.

Know basic SMP's for area specific processes and equipment.

Be fully capable of safely doing all field related activities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to safely perform the following tasks:

Lifting of up to 55 pounds without mechanical assistance.

Use of hand tools above shoulders, under ergonomically stressful conditions, and under application of heavy force by employee.

Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, and perform other physical duties.

Ability to work a rotating shift schedule in a 365/24/7 operation with the flexibility to work alternate schedules as needed.

Health & Safety

• Adhere to the safety policies, procedures and site rules.
• Fully participate in the safety program, including reporting any incidents or near misses and auditing.
