Job Description

The Retail Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting store operations by overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position assists in driving sales performance and maintaining store presentation standards while fostering a productive and positive team environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support retail staff to enhance team performance
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
  • Assist with sales activities and meet store targets
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues
  • Conduct staff training and development sessions
  • Implement visual merchandising standards
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
  • Coordinate team schedules and work assignments
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team and with customers

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail management
