This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous machine operator experience is required. Experience operating digital printing or other commercial print equipment is strongly preferred. Available Night Shifts B Shift – Monday through Thursday

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Four 12-hour shifts D Shift – Friday through Sunday

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Three 12-hour shifts Pay: $20.00 per hour What You'll Do As a Canon Machine Operator, you will help keep our high-volume production operation running safely, efficiently, and accurately. Responsibilities include: Operate Canon production printing equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment Set up, start, monitor, and operate equipment throughout the production shift Monitor print quality and identify defects or inconsistencies Make routine machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate mechanical or technical issues when necessary Load materials and supplies and monitor consumable levels Follow production schedules and work priorities Complete required quality checks and production documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate equipment issues, downtime, and production concerns to leadership Work closely with team members, maintenance, and supervisors to meet daily production goals Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures Job Overview Benefits 401K, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick and safe leave, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, and short/long term disability benefits. Check us out, Check Us Out Requirements: What We're Looking For Previous machine operator experience required Previous experience with digital printing, commercial printing, Canon equipment, or similar production print machinery strongly preferred Comfortable working around large, high-speed production equipment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to learn machine settings, operating procedures, and quality standards Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently while also contributing to a production team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where production priorities may change Ability to work the full assigned 12-hour night shift Why This Role?
