Patient Liaison & Clinic Scheduler

Northwestern Medicine in Palos Heights is seeking a Patient Liaison to oversee the service experience for all patients and to ensure optimal use of practice resources. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic. You will manage schedules, coordinate care, help with billing and referrals, and educate patients.
