We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our production team in Middleville, Michigan, as regular full-time employees in permanent positions.
As a new team member, you will be assigned to a production role based on your skills, experience, and the current needs of the business. Opportunities may include forming steel, welding, testing tanks, applying enamel coatings, loading conveyors, operating forklifts, performing assembly work, and many other production-related responsibilities.
The starting wage for this position is around $21/hour.

Required Qualifications:
* Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures
* Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures
* Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
* Adhere to all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
* Ability to work within shift timeframes as well as adhere to overtime requirements
* Exhibit reliable and predictable attendance
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
* Willingness to perform physical work for extended shifts (8-12 hours)
* Ability to safely use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
* Experience in metalworking, steel, or aluminum environments
* Mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting or repairing equipment
* Basic math skills and ability to understand measurements
* Willingness and ability to be cross-trained across multiple roles
