As a Client Service Specialist , you'll be a key part of our team, assisting clients and supporting account managers. You'll handle client inquiries, process payments, manage minor claims, and ensure smooth policy servicing. No insurance experience? No problem! If you're a problem-solver with strong communication skills, we'll help you get licensed and up to speed.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage inbound calls
- Assist personal and commercial lines clients
- Process client payments and endorsements
- Handle glass and tow claims
- Counsel clients on insurance-related questions
- Issue ID cards and update client information
- Prepare and distribute policy documents
- Support account managers and producers as needed
- Strengthen client relationships through engagement
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in an insurance career
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
A Michigan insurance license is a plus, but if you don't have one yet, we'll help you get there!
