Job Description

Job Title: Entry-Level Lab Technician

Location: Shreveport, LA

Duration: 1-2 months

Pay Rate: $21.75/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory testing and sample analysis.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Record and maintain test results and documentation.
Follow laboratory procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with laboratory and plant personnel.
Support quality assurance activities to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous laboratory experience preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Basic math and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must wear steel-toed shoes.

Preferred:

Laboratory or Quality Assurance experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Additional Notes:

On-site tour/interview required.
Entry-level position with training provided.
