Providing speech-language pathology services to a manageable caseload of 32-36 students, you’ll have the chance to shape communication skills and empower student success throughout the full school year.

This contract opportunity offers a 32-hour workweek, with your schedule conveniently set for Tuesdays through Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, leaving your Mondays free. You’ll serve as a leader among your colleagues, supervising SLPAs and collaborating closely with educators and families to foster the best outcomes for each learner. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Eligible for state SLP licensure if not already obtained
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for supervising SLPAs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in grades K-12
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all students
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student goals
