Specific duties include:

Receives and monitors action items/responses ensuring completed actions for completeness and accuracy.

Coordinates strategic planning activities and prepares strategic plans in conjunction with policies and regulations.

Manages short-term and long-term projects for the program.

Initiates, plans, and implements process improvement initiatives.

Investigates complex issues and analyzes problems that affect the management of an organization.

Attends meetings, prepares meeting minutes, and follows up on action items with appropriate staff members independently.

Research and provides background on subject matter of meetings without direction.

Perform a variety of analytical, planning, evaluative, and advisory assignments to quantitatively or qualitatively evaluate the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting established goals, measures, and objectives.

Produce graphs and/or charts to illustrate a concept, point, or demonstrate the effectiveness of programs and/or business operations.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm CST

Telework: Yes - This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only. The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday. Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval. Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.
