Audience Growth Manager – CNBC Events Job: A full‑time role responsible for delivering high‑impact, senior‑level audiences for CNBC’s premium events. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the end‑to‑end audience development strategy across a portfolio of events, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, senior‑level attendees aligned with event goals. Identify, engage, and secure C‑suite executives, business decision‑makers, and industry influencers for invitation‑only and paid events. Leverage existing networks and develop new relationships to build a consistent pipeline of high‑value attendees. Design and optimize multi‑channel outreach strategies to maximize conversion and attendance. Partner closely with editorial, programming, sales, and marketing teams to align audience targets with content, sponsors, and business objectives. Track, analyze, and report on audience acquisition performance, continuously optimizing based on data and insights. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing or delegate sales. Proven track record of securing high‑level attendees for premium or invite‑only events. Strong existing network of senior‑level contacts or demonstrated ability to build one quickly. Proficiency with digital tools and project management systems; experience with event management platforms and content management systems preferred, along with strong Excel skills for data analysis and audience tracking. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a high‑touch, professional approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Desired Characteristics Deep understanding of what motivates senior executives to attend events and how to position value effectively. Commercial mindset with awareness of how audience composition impacts sponsorship and revenue. Collaborative approach with experience working cross‑functionally across content, sales, and production teams. Passion for media, business news, and live events.
