Recruitment Coordinator

Primary coordinator for new hire orientation with 1-2 times a week. Assign, process and error check new hire onboarding paperwork in coordination with corporate HR office. Recruiting assistance: Assign, process and error check prehire paperwork including drug screen and background checks. As needed - make initial candidate screening calls using a question list as a guide. Have exceptional candidate with recruiting/HR background we’re flexible on that. HR background with an emphasis in recruiting strongly preferred. Computer literate. Experience with an ATS preferred. Communicates well, especially on phone calls Non-negotiables/Absolute Must-haves in a candidate background 1. Minimum of 2 years of HR/Recruiting experience. 2. Prior experience working within any ATS. Nice to haves (desired skill set): 1. Industry experience in construction or engineering preferred. 3. Degree Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
