The Skinny Pancake is building our Events & Mobile Operations Crew — the team that brings our food to music festivals, waterfront events, farmers markets, and pop‑ups across Vermont and beyond. You’ll travel by bus or van with your crew, set up mobile kitchens, serve thousands of happy guests, and sometimes end the night in a tent, an Airbnb, or a hotel, depending on the event. We’re a crew of bold, cool, confident, chill people who take our work seriously — but we also know how to have a downright good time doing it. This isn’t an “anything goes” gig, but it is a job where you’ll laugh hard, work hard, and make memories you’ll talk about for years.
