Join us! We are seeking a full‑time night shift Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. The shift is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends. The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 1 year experience required Benefits HCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.
