Recruiter

Our client is a professional services firm seeking a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across its growing organization. This role will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage experienced professionals across a variety of specialized functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level and leadership positions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers Coordinate candidates through the interview and offer process Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Provide insight on talent availability, compensation expectations, and market activity Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in recruiting systems Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners Qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills Experience recruiting professional-level candidates Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems Professional services, consulting, accounting, financial services, or similar recruiting experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
