Leasing & Property Operations Assistant

Timberland Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Maple Village in Pell City, AL. The role assists the Property Manager with managing a 160-unit multi-family community including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations. The position requires on-site work, familiarity with YARDI CRM, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
