Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 an hour , depending on experience On-Site Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 Full-Time: Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three days a week CALO Programs is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our preadolescent and adolescent students with supporting high-quality nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to a safe and positive environment for the students we serve. Accepting applications for both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses . Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care following CALO standards and SOPs. Administer medications safely and accurately. Triage and treat illnesses and injuries within scope of practice. Follow infection control protocols and respond to infectious diseases. Complete all documentation in BestNotes by end of shift. Perform waived testing, phlebotomy, and basic nursing procedures. Process physician orders and maintain student health compliance. Support and guide unlicensed nursing staff. Maintain healthy boundaries and positive relationships with students and staff. Qualifications At least 21 years of age Ability to pass criminal background check Free of communicable disease, other evidence of ill health, or a condition which adversely affects ability to care for or poses a threat to children Experience –Psychiatric or residential nursing experience preferred. Education –Current Missouri or compact state license (in good standing as an RN or LPN ).Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
