In-Home Caregiver – Ramsey Area | Multiple Shifts Available

Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential
Location: Ramsey & Surrounding Communities

Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and adults in the Ramsey area.

Current Scheduling Needs

We're looking for caregivers who can work one or more of the following shifts:

• Monday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM or 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM or 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, or 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

• Thursday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM or 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

• Friday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM or every other 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM or every other 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

• Sunday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM or every other 9:00 PM–9:00 AM

Multiple shifts are available , so you can choose the schedule that best fits your availability. Additional shifts may also be available for caregivers who want more hours.

Your Role

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized, non-medical support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care

• Preparing meals

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Offering medication reminders

• Helping with mobility and transfers

• Performing light housekeeping

• Providing transportation for appointments and errands

• Supporting clients with daily routines and activities

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible

• Comfortable providing care in a client's home

• Willing to learn and develop new skills

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively

• Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.

Education & Career Advancement

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program .

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training , helping support career advancement in home and community-based care.

To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
