Key Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Follow lesson plans and daily routines to support children's learning. Supervise children and encourage their social, emotional, and developmental growth. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure quality care. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working with children preferred. Must meet Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Office of Child Care (OCC) requirements. Must successfully complete required background, medical, and certification requirements. Preferred Skills Caring, dependable, and adaptable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for working with children in a positive learning environment.
