Physical Security Operations – Admin/Support (Swing Shift) Cascadia Global Security / Cascadia Off-Duty Location: Kent, WA 98032 Compensation: starting at $50,000 per year 100% employer paid benefits with additional insurance offerings available This is an in-person position located in Kent, WA. Position Overview We’re hiring a Swing-Shift Operations Admin/Support professional to strengthen our Operations Team. This on-site role is ideal for U.S. military veterans and military spouses who bring mission focus, accountability, and strong communication skills. You’ll support day-to-day security operations, logistics, and workforce coordination while working closely with leadership. The selected individual will report directly to our VP of Operations, ensuring exposure to high-level operations and mentorship in a real-world business environment. Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling for security personnel across multiple client sites Monitor guard check-ins and site activity to ensure accountability and service levels Review daily activity reports (DARs) and incident logs; flag issues for follow-up Manage equipment and uniform logistics (tracking, shipping/receiving, inventories) Provide general operations support and problem-solving as needs arise Qualifications 21+ years of age Veterans and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply Proven reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with shift work Proficient with technology and scheduling/communication platforms (e.g., workforce management tools, email, chat, VOIP) Strong written/verbal communication; able to escape information clearly through a chain of command Able to work independently while collaborating with a dispersed field team Prior experience in security, operations, logistics, dispatch, or duty-desk environments is a plus What We Offer Starting at $50,000 per year 100% employer paid Medical/Dental/Health insurance Additional insurance offerings such as accidental insurance, hospital insurance, critical care coverage, and pet insurance 401k Direct mentorship and day-to-day guidance from Cascadia Leadership Real-world, hands-on experience in security operations and workforce management in a fast-growing, mission-driven company Opportunity to build professional skills and contacts in a fast-growing industry CGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
