Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Ortho/Med/Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current valid RN license.
• Experience in Ortho/Med/Surg/Tele nursing preferred.
• Must possess required vaccines and health screenings as per facility policy.
