Your Role As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge. Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment. Represent Spring Footwear’s family of brands with professionalism and pride. Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture. What We’re Looking For Friendly, reliable team players with a passion for helping customers. Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Multilingual skills are a plus.
